Biography

I offer gentle manual therapy and movement education for infants, children, youth and adults. My passion as a manual therapist is to facilitate the intrinsic expression of health within you. I work to encourage optimal mobility and function for the individual parts as they relate to your whole body.

I approach my profession from a lifetime of appreciation for the human body and movement. I followed this passion to complete a university level degree in Social Science, Dance and Somatic Education.

My foundation for bodywork is Rolf Method/ Structural Integration ‐ completed at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. In addition, I have studied Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy extensively with local Portland teachers.

I have had the opportunity to practice in collaborative healthcare setting working alongside Naturopaths, Acupuncturists, Nurses, and Chiropractors. This has created appreciation for the diversity of treatment approaches, and how they can be used together – integrated – in order to address patients’ health issues.

In my practice, I value accessible healthcare and community engagement. To realize this, I volunteer on a regular basis for Providence Hospice Care providing hands‐on therapies for end of life patients. I also provide treatments to infants and children at a free monthly Cranial Sacral Therapy Clinic in NW Portland.
